Praise God, churches are opening!
Churches in the Philippines are beginning to open their doors for face-to-face worship. While churches are excited to get back together, gaining momentum after two years of quarantine can be challenging.

For this reason, our Local Church Ministries (LCM) team has been taking every opportunity to visit local churches and meet with youth leaders as they jumpstart their youth ministries. Together, they pray for their goals, learn from one another, and find encouragement and accountability.

LCM Mindanao uses online and physical ministries to hold seminars, evangelistic training, and youth programs. They are also gaining newfound relationships with more churches in Mindanao as they come alongside partner churches.

Meanwhile, LCM Laguna regularly trains partner churches for youth ministry. We saw how they thrived for the past two years, and now they are exploring even more avenues to help equip believers, especially youth, for evangelism and discipleship.

The LCM is currently developing an app to make evangelistic tools and discipleship guides accessible in Southeast Asia. Moreover, they are producing online training courses on youth ministry.
Pray for our LCM Team
- Please pray as we develop apps and online courses to make our training and tools widely accessible.
- Please pray that we’ll have more missionaries on our team.
- Please pray that we can nurture our relationships with churches and minister to them through our programs.
Not all of us are called to full-time ministry. However, we are commanded not to forsake our fellowship with believers, and we are also called to use our gifts to serve one another. May we be encouraged to pray for ways to serve in our respective churches this week!
